CHARLIE GREEN TO FEATURE AT THE BOLSOVER INTERNATIONAL BRASS BAND SUMMER SCHOOL 2020
The Bolsover International Brass Band Summer School (BIBBSS)is delighted to announce that internationally renown vocalist Charlie Green will appear as guest artist at their annual summer school in July 2020.
Charlie is a well-known entertainer and began his career at the age of three, entertaining passengers on a cruise ship and has gone from strength to strength, appearing on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ in 2008 leading to over 10 million hits on YouTube.
Charlie is a Salvationist and has sung with the International Staff Band and at the Salvation Army Christmas concert at the Royal Albert Hall. Added to this are the numerous awards, international tours and CD’s and in 2018 saw Charlie perform his first ever big band concert ‘Charlie Green Live’ to a sell-out crowd at the Huntingdon Hall in Worcester.
Charlie will be working with the BIBBSS delegates in July to produce a ‘Rat Pack’ set for the end of school concert.

The 2020 summer school will run from Sunday 19th July to Friday 24th July, with the final concert being Friday July 24th at 19.00pm. There are still places available and further information and booking forms can be found on www.bibbss.org.uk
